Nepal is open for business by Adventure Travel Trade Association

Tourism is one of the pillars of Nepal’s economy. After the devastating earthquakes in spring 2015, the Adventure Travel Trade Association initiated a trip for media and international tour operators to see for themselves how adventure travel could help rebuild the country. The result was Adventure Week Rebound Nepal on the Great Himalaya Trail in October 2015.

Adventure Week Nepal was organized to help people assess the real situation of Nepal on their own. Several Journalists who work for ATTA came to Nepal to find out the real situation on the ground. The video below takes you to their journey to Nepal.
