Untouchable Nepal 2015 is a project about Nepal by Wingate Motion. Wingate Motion is a production team of experienced adventure athletes who strive to produce, direct, and publish some of the industries most compelling media.

The production team originally came to Nepal to film climbing expedition to Annapurna on April ,2015. However, when the earthquake struck Nepal on April 25, 2015, their crew dedicated themselves to helping and healing. That is when they got to witness the rawness of Nepal in a way Adventure sports would have never shown. “Collaborating with various adventure athletes from world class paragliding pilots, to ultra-marathoners, to high altitude mountaineers, we found ourselves in the remote regions of Nepal helping those in the epicenter of the earthquake, which is where this story, Untouchable, all started”, writes Cherise Tuttle.

The capability to pursue happiness for oneself as well as selflessly care about people around us is the key to produce balance in life. The crew members were touched by the generosity of Nepali people. The kindness and selflessness of Nepali inspired them to give something more. Having spent 3 months aiding the needy ones, the crew left Nepal with tons of memories created and with a powerful impression that there were still stories left untold.

Cody Tuttler, the director of Wingate Motion, had been working for a large INGO in the Manaslu region when his team were alerted about a sick man in the outskirts of the village. Within no time, they flew to check on the sick man. They found a man laid paralyzed in a small stone house mostly destroyed from the earthquake and his wife, who was 8 months pregnant with her seventh child, sittings besides him doing everything she could do to ease him. It was only a matter of time until his last breath.

Cody and his entire production team experienced a life changing experience during their stay in Nepal.
